Good Energy Top Which? Survey

Good Energy have topped the latest Which? customer satisfaction survey and best electricity supplier for the second time, beating Britain’s ‘Big 6’ energy providers.
Good Energy are based in Chippenham and are the country’s only 100% renewable electricity supplier. They also list Freesource Energy as one of their preferred renewable technology suppliers.
Good Energy beat Eon, British Gas and Utility Warehouse with a customer score of 84%. Survey respondents ranked suppliers according to their customer satisfaction and likelihood of recommending their supplier to a friend.
Good Energy’s CEO, Juliet Davenport, said:
“We’re really pleased to be topping the Which? customer satisfaction survey for energy suppliers for a second time. Because we differentiate ourselves on the basis of where we buy our power, the relationship we have with our customers is vitally important. It is thanks to this renewable portfolio that we have been able to deliver stable energy prices over the past few years. We think our score is reflective of the combination of our customers feeling appreciated together with consistent pricing.”
